Free Shipping for orders of $150 or more!

For orders of $149.99 or less an $6.00 Flat Rate Shipping and Handling fee is applied.

Orders will be processed and shipped within 2-­4 business days from the day the order is placed. It is our goal to please our customers and we know what it is like to shop for that last minute item so for rush orders please contact us by email at [email protected]. We cannot guarantee anything, but we will try our best to accommodate your needs. Please note additional costs may apply.

Items are shipped USPS ground and take approximately 2­-7 business days from the time the order is processed.

We're sorry, unfortunately at this time we are unable to accept International orders.

You will receive an email notifying you when the item(s) has been shipped and a tracking number will be provided.

If the wrong shipping address is accidentally provided at the time of purchase, additional shipping fees will be the responsibility of the customer.

If you live or plan to be in the nearby area of Brayton, Iowa and prefer to pick up your ordered item(s) please select the Local Pickup shipping option when placing your order. A $2.00 handling fee will automatically be applied. Please contact us at [email protected] to set up a time for your order to be picked up. *Please note it will take 2­-4 days for your order to be processed and available for pickup.


We understand returns and exchanges happen and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

We must be notified via email no later than 15 days from the date the order is placed. All items must be returned with their original tags and in the original state in which they were received. Meaning all items must be returned un­worn, tags attached, deodorant free, stain free, un­washed, un­altered, smoke free, perfume and makeup free.

Shoes must be returned un­worn and in their original un­damaged box. Jewelry must be returned with the original box/bag.

Returns are processed in the order they are received and may take 4-­7 business days.

Shipping costs are non­refundable. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. However, you will not be charged again to send exchanged item(s).

Pretty Western reserves the right to reject returns sent or communicated beyond the return period or items that are not in the original condition. To send the rejected item back is the responsibility of the customer.

Please review our return/exchange policy to make sure you have met all the return requirements. *Items returned and exchanged that do not meet all the return criteria will not be accepted and shipping fees to return the item back is the responsibility of the customer.

After contacting us by email at [email protected] prior to the 15-day period, we will provide you with return instructions.


Please inspect your purchase upon arrival. If an item is received damaged or defective, we apologize in advance. Please notify customer service within 10 days of original ship date prior to returning. Notifications after the 10-day period will not be honored.
